I am a big fan of Moo.com (use this link and you, too, can save on your first order!) and use the company for my business cards and my postcards. One of the fun things about Moo is that if you order 50 cards, you can have 50 different images on the front of them if you want. The back has to be the same but the front can have a different image on every single one. What's not to like?
For my business cards, I have about 20 different designs and rotate them in and out when I reorder and I'm constantly adding new ones. Almost without exception, every card I hand out I get comments on about how beautiful they are. I kinda feel proud about that. :) Not just because of the dog and cat images but because the cards just exude quality.
So I needed to design more postcards for the pet photography business. I had two and needed to add two more. Just wanted to show you, these are a very simplistic design (hey, I'm a photographer, not a graphic designer) but I like them.
As I photograph different animals in different situations, maybe I'll even be able to have specific themes. I can do one featuring my iconic L.A. session -- so far I have dog at the Hollywood sign, another at the L.A. Arts District and I'm crossing my fingers that the one at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art comes through next month. I can have water dogs... I've been to the beach and river with dogs splashing about with not a care in the world. I can have all white backgrounds. It will be fun.
So far, no theme but here are the latest two postcards plus one sample of my business card. What do you think?
